The 12th annual Native Spirit Film Festival returns to London’s historic Bloomsbury to present Indigenous Film, Native Media and Artists. There will be a focus on languages in the run-up to UNESCO 2019 Year of Indigenous Languages, and two of the programmed films were commissioned and funded by OWRI Cross-Language Dynamics in collaboration with the Granada Centre for Visual Anthropology, University of Manchester.

Launch night: 11 October 2018: 6.00pm in the Chancellor’s Hall, Senate House University of London: “Subversive Diversity” by Jan-Holger Hennies.

18 October 2018: 6.00pm: Room 243, 2nd Floor, Senate House, University of London:
“Found in Translation” by Almut Dieden
