Sin Fronteras closing event

To mark the end of a successful programme of creative leadership workshops, the talented and committed group of young Latin American women will share their experiences and the creative works they’ve produced at a celebration with parents, workshop facilitators and other invited guests.

The programme was led by the Latin American Women’s Rights Service, under the coordination of Tamya Bustamente, and was funded by the ‘Cross-Language Dynamics: Reshaping Community’ project, with the support of María Soledad Montañez and Naomi Wells from the Institute of Modern Languages Research. Workshops have been led by a range of creative professionals and leaders, including Rachel Johnson (JUMP LDN), Romina Calatayud (founder and managing director of Girls United), Silvia Demetilla (creative and editorial director of La Tundra), Steaz (grafitti artist), William Brown (filmmaker and Senior Lecturer in Film at Roehampton), Judith Rifeser and Kate Dangerfield, and Bianca Oblivion (DJ).


Para marcar el fin del programa de los talleres de liderazgo creativo de Sin Fronteras, el talentoso y comprometido grupo de jóvenes latinoamericanas compartirán sus experiencias y sus trabajos creativos con su  familia y amigxs, facilitadorxs e invitadxs en general.

El programa fue organizado por el Servicio por los derechos de las mujeres latinoamericanas (Latin American Women’s Rights Service), bajo la coordinación de Tamya Bustamante, y fue financiado por  el proyecto Cross-Language Dynamics: Reshaping Community, con el apoyo de María Soledad Montañez y  Naomi Wells del Instituto de Lenguas Modernas de  la Universidad de Londres (Institute of Modern Languages Research).

Los talleres fueron liderados por una gama de profesionales creativos y líderes, incluyendo, Rachel Johnson (JUMP LDN), Romina Calatayud (fundadora y directora de Girls United FA), Silvia Demetilla (fundadora y directora creativa de la revista La Tundra), Steaz (artista visual-graffiti), William Brown (director y profesor de cine en la Universidad de Roehampton), Judith Rifeser y Kate Dangerfield, y Bianca Oblivion (DJ).
